When you log onto your Ionblade account, you'll see the tabs on the left that will let you navigate through the various services.

If you click the "Support" dropdown, you will see six options: "Support Pin", "Tickets", "Announcements", "Knowledgebase", "Downloads" and "Network Status".

From the "Network Status" section, you can view any open, scheduled or resolved issues with the network. 

These issues would include server migrations and scheduled maintenance.
