When you log onto your Ionblade account, you'll see the tabs on the left that will let you navigate through the various services.

If you click the "Support" dropdown, you will see six options: "Support Pin", "Tickets", "Announcements", "Knowledgebase", "Downloads" and "Network Status".

From the "Knowledgebase" section, you will be able to access the support articles that we have created, including this one.

Each article is separated into a specific category, which makes it easier to find what you need.

 

If you can't find what you're looking for, you can try to search a few keywords from the search bar.
