When you log onto your Ionblade account, you'll see the tabs on the left that will let you navigate through the various services.
If you click the "Support" dropdown, you will see six options: "Support Pin", "Tickets", "Announcements", "Knowledgebase", "Downloads" and "Network Status".
From the Downloads section, you can view everything you've downloaded or are currently downloading.
