When you log onto your Ionblade account, you'll see the tabs on the left that will let you navigate through the various services.
If you click the "Support" dropdown, you will see six options: "Support Pin", "Tickets", "Announcements", "Knowledgebase", "Downloads" and "Network Status".
From the "Announcements" section, you will be able to view any available announcements that we have made.
