When you log onto your Ionblade account, you'll see the tabs on the left that will let you navigate through the various services.

If you click the "Support" dropdown, you will see six options: "Support Pin", "Tickets", "Announcements", "Knowledgebase", "Downloads" and "Network Status".

From the "Tickets" section, you will see a list of the support tickets that you have opened.

It will show the subject of your ticket, the department it was placed with, the status of the ticket (Open, Answered, Customer-Reply or Closed) and when it was last updated.

 

Selecting your ticket will allow you to view the messages sent between you and the support staff as well as allowing you to respond to open tickets.
