When you log onto your Ionblade account, you'll see the tabs on the left that will let you navigate through the various services.
If you click the "Support" dropdown, you will see six options: "Support Pin", "Tickets", "Announcements", "Knowledgebase", "Downloads" and "Network Status".
From the Support Pin section, you will see a disclaimer about the usage of the Support Pin.
Below the disclaimer will show your support pin as well as a way to generate a new support pin if needed.
You would use these Support Pins to verify your identity when communicating with our live support.
