Log into your Ionblade account
Click "Services" on the left side of the page
Under "Services" click "My Services"
To the right of the product your FTP account is associated with, click "Manage"
Access your cPanel by clicking "Log in to cPanel" on the right side of the screen under "Actions"
Navigate to the "Files" section and click "FTP Accounts"
To the right of the FTP Account you would like to connect, click "Configure FTP Client"
Enter the "FTP server" information in the "Host" section
Enter the "FTP Username" information where it asks for the "Username"
Enter the password for the FTP Account where it asks for "Password"
And enter the "FTP & explicit FTPS port" information where it asks for the "Port"
Click "Quickconnect" and it will connect your FTP account to the FTP client
