Log into your Ionblade account
Click "Services" on the left side of the page
Under "Services" click "My Services"
Click "Manage" on the right of the product you would like to add an FTP account to
Enter your cPanel by clicking "Log in to cPanel" on the right side of the page under "Actions"
When in your cPanel, navigate to the "Files" section and click "FTP Accounts"
At the top of the page, you will see an option to "Add an FTP Account"
Fill out the relevant information and click "Create FTP Account"
