When you log into your Ionblade account, if you look in the top right of the page, you will see a drop down menu that says "Hello, (Your Name)".

If you click that drop down menu, it will show you seven options: "Edit Account Details", "Payment Methods", "Contacts/Sub-Accounts", "Change Password", "Security Settings", "Email History" and "Logout".

From the "Contacts/Sub-Accounts" section, you will see a section marked "Choose Contact" with a drop down menu.

From this menu you can choose the option to "Add New Contact" or select an existing contact.

 

If you would like to create a new contact, select the "Add New Contact" option and enter their information.

You can choose to make it a sub-account which would have access to the client panel by ticking the box under "Activate Sub-Account"

From this page, you are also able to choose which emails are sent to each contact: General Emails, Product Emails, Domain Emails, Invoice Emails and Support Emails.
