When you log into your Ionblade account, if you look in the top right of the page, you will see a drop down menu that says "Hello, (Your Name)".
If you click that drop down menu, it will show you seven options: "Edit Account Details", "Payment Methods", "Contacts/Sub-Accounts", "Change Password", "Security Settings", "Email History" and "Logout".
From the "Edit Account Details", it will open a page titled "My Details"
On this page you will be able to change your Name, Company Name, Email, Address, Payment Method and Default Billing Contact.
