When you log onto your Ionblade account, you'll see the tabs on the left that will let you navigate through the various services.
If you click the "Open Ticket" tab, it will open the support page.
If you are unable to find a solution to your issue in the knowledgebase, you can submit a ticket and our support staff will answer it promptly.
The tickets are categorized by "Support", "Abuse", "Domains" and "Billing".
Ensure that you use your Support Pin while opening a ticket to ensure that we can offer the most accurate and efficient support.
